**This opportunity is for our Oklahoma City and our new location in Tulsa, OK. We are looking for experienced Architects, Project Managers, and experienced Designers and Production professionals.

Job Summary:

The Senior Architect is responsible for producing high quality project deliverables in construction documents. The Senior Architect works on any/all phases of development including Pre-Design, Schematic Design, Design Development, Construction Documents and Construction Administration. Works with team to ensure the facilitation of a project’s completion on-time, on/underbudget, and meeting FSB’s quality standards. 

Responsibilities:

• Oversees a team of architects and technicians.
• Complete project responsibility related to the technical documents.
• Plans and develops the most complex projects of the largest magnitude.
• Executes and coordinates projects of all sizes and complexities.
• Serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the firm. 

Required Skills: 

• Can be relied upon to present directly to the client on technical and design solutions. 
• Works closely with the Project Manager to execute project plans. 
• Coordinates with Project Manager to directly supervise the teams' design and technical delivery. 
• Participates in the conceptual design and provides full support through the entire project. 
• Responsible for interpreting, organizing, executing, and coordinating assignments.
• Involves exploration of subject area, definition of scope, selection of items for investigation, and development of novel concepts and methods.   
• Liaises with Project Management, other architects/architectural staff and consultants. 
• Develops and represents lead technical viewpoint on projects. 
• Coordinates with Director on appropriate technical solutions and product strategies. 
• Proficient in Revit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Word and Excel.  

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s of Architecture.
• Licensed Architect.
• Minimum of 10 years post-licensure experience on a variety of project types.
