We are seeking 2 Interior Designers to join our team who have experience working within a collaborative, architectural firm environment and who will assist in leading the firm’s interior design efforts on educational, cultural, and community-oriented projects. New team members will work with architectural project teams from concept, design, FF&E, finishes, interior architectural elements and more…
3+ years’ experience working with architectural teams on interior design efforts, preferably on educational or cultural projects
Bachelor’s degree in interior design or equivalent
Proven ability to develop interior design strategies reflecting overall concepts of project
Strong understanding of floor plans, finish schedules, and furniture plans
Excellent interpersonal, visual, verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of ADA and building codes
Organized, thorough and self-starter; able to work well in team or independently
Proficiency in REVIT, Sketchup, InDesign and Office 365
Ability to visit project sites, requiring ability to drive
Experience on LEED projects
