Qualifications

• Professional degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• Minimum 3-10 years’ professional work experience
• Intermediate to Advanced level Revit knowledge needed (3 years minimum)
• Proficient in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Sketchup, 3D modeling, rendering (hand drawing is a big plus!)
• Proficient in MS Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interest in design and materiality
• Clear understanding of the project lifecycle from design through construction phase
• Comfortable creating a model and taking it through construction documents
• Preference for Technical Skills including detailing, building envelope assembly, waterproofing and code analysis/review
• Understands Construction Phase Services
• Experience with Ground-up construction preferred
