Summary The Director, Project Management Division advises the Chief Engineer on large size project delivery relating to new and historic buildings, and assists in balancing the needs of stakeholders including jurisdiction leadership, congressional leadership, oversight and appropriation committees, congressional staff and constituents, and members of Congress. Architect of the Capitol executives serve at the pleasure of the AOC and must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.
