We are looking for a strong, disciplined designer:
who can develop a concept and run with it through construction documents.
who is committed to deep sustainability wants to grow with a firm that allows you to work in accordance with your values.
You will be given as much responsibility as you can take on, and support as you learn the nuts and bolts of high-performance building design. In return you will commit to being part of a small team of committed zealots and be expected to pull your weight on projects which often have tight budgets.
It is assumed that if you stay with us you will take Passive House Consultant Certification training.
3-5 years professional office experience
Experience in 3-D modeling platforms
An exceptionally strong design portfolio
Strong communication skills
Construction document experience in Revit
Pluses but not essential:
Experience in high-end residential design
Experience in Passive House projects
