| About Us We are an architecturally based envelope consulting firm, most of our staff has past experience with conventional architectural design project roles in addition to our experience with / specialization in exterior envelope consulting. About the Position Our firm is seeking is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area with building envelope (waterproofing) experience. Experience providing services on multifamily residential projects is desirable. Strong technical abilities, including document review, preparation of drawings / detailing, coordination, and some construction administration experience. Knowledge of exterior building envelope and waterproofing is needed. This position requires someone that can work independently and able to work out of a home office space. Schedule is flexible, but should consist of normal working hours (40 per week). Qualifications - Candidates should have around 10 years’ experience with a degree in architecture, engineering, or building sciences and a background providing services on multi-family residential projects.
