The Architectural Graduate III should be organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated designer. The ideal candidate should have 3+ years of experience and are comfortable operating in a collaborative team environment, we might be looking for you. Applicant should be eager to learn, to collaborate on mixed-use and multi-family projects, and to grow your professional skillset. Involvement in multiple projects is a given, so time management and good communication is imperative. Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Ability to work autonomously from the design and support of others
• Have an understanding of construction types, code and detailing on basic projects
• Ability to carry out complex assignments while developing new techniques
• Handle multiple, varied activities at one time
• Follow through to make sure all schedules and timelines are met
• Develop and maintain positive working relationship both internally and externally
