We prefer candidates with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, but we encourage those with less to apply if they feel capable of delivering high-quality designs and project management. Specific responsibilities include project management, schematics, design development, specifications, construction documentation and construction administration. Work may also include planning, feasibility studies, building assessments, BIM/Revit modeling, and LEED/Sustainable building design. Ability to coordinate and lead a production team is a must. - A strong background in the design, production, and coordination of quality construction documents
- A history of managing multi-discipline design teams
- Solid understanding of the International Building Codes and local Zoning Codes
- Excellent planning, decision making, organizational and time management skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
