Architectural Designer/Drafter who will work within the commercial, retail, and residential environment. The candidate would be in collaboration with a design team to produce permit drawings from the concept phase through construction.
Strong working knowledge of AutoCad and Revit at a minimum. Programs such as ReCap Pro, Cyclone, and Photoshop are a plus.
Knowledge of building construction and understanding of basic building codes.
Ability to perform building surveys and prepare full sets of construction documents.
Must be organized, a self-starter, and have the ability to mulit-task.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
