Technical Skills

Basic computer and internet skills required.  Experience in Revit, Sketchup and Rhino, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.  Knowledge and/or understanding of project management software. 

Experience

Masters of Architecture required.  7-10 years experience in architecture.  Licensed Architect (desired, but not required), Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit Architecture, SketchUp, LEED AP (desired, but not required).  Experience managing others along with excellent verbal and communication skills, self motivated, flexible to focus on a single client with a variety of project types or multiple projects in various stages of development.  Experience in compiling data, performing elementary design computations, performs area calculations according to specified standards.  Knowledge of building codes.  Able to successfully complete the permitting process with aid and supervision of a Team Leader.  Knowledge of addenda and construction change directive procedures.  The ability to review and respond to submittal and RFI documentation with sufficient knowledge and understanding of the project and industry.
