We're picking up where Frank Lloyd Wright & Eichler left off, by making beautiful, well designed, and livable homes more accessible to more people. But, doing it in a 21st century way. We've already established partnerships with award winning architecture firms to produce build ready home designs and are now building our in house architecture team.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to work independently and with small teams
• Manage all aspects of a project from design and documentation coordination with structural, MEP, civil consultants through bidding
• Provide final review and approvals of code analysis, material selections, and specifications
• A commitment to Quality.

Key Skills:

• Entrepreneurial spirit 
• Excellent communication skills
• 7 years or more of experience in residential, single family design
• Familiarity and knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures
• Awareness of energy efficient building methods (LEED & Passive House)
• Significant experience with design, documentation and the single family construction process
• Ability to lead / work independently 
• Registered Architect preferred but not required
• Advanced skills in Revit
