LM Consultants, Inc. is seeking licensed architects to work in our Atlanta, Georgia office.  The work includes review of construction documents and costs for lenders, construction monitoring including review of payment applications, and evaluation of existing properties for lenders and investors.  Candidates who have experience in these areas are preferred.

  • Applicants must be a Licensed Architect/Architectural Engineer with 5 – 10 years of relevant experience 
  • Excellent technical writing and oral communication skills
  • Ability to travel locally and nationally up to 50%
  • Competency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
