5 Years minimum experience.  Professional Degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture.  A self-starter with strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and willingness to work through challenges.  Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills.  Proficiency in ArchiCAD, Photoshop and Microsoft Office.  Experience generating all phases of project documentation, from Design Presentation through Construction Documents.  A good understanding of interior finishes, materials, furniture, lighting, fixtures, budgets and procurement for high end residential projects.  Must have own transportation within the Chicago area.
