We are seeking a self-motivated, disciplined Architect I or II (min. 5-8 years) to join our team, with at least 3 years of experience designing and documenting multi-family buildings.
Experience working on mixed-use and housing projects of construction types IA, IIIA, VA
Skilled preparation of presentation documents and concept diagramming
High-quality design and construction documentation skills
Hands on experience in Construction Administration (any project type)
Ability to coordinate the work of the design team and consultants through the design phases.
Experience with REVIT in an office setting
