Seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator who is enthusiastic and self-motivated to oversee the development of proposals, marketing content, and tracking of contract pursuits. This is a wonderful opportunity for a detail-oriented person to work with senior management to grow their skills in marketing and business development.
The Marketing Coordinator’s primary responsibility will be to respond to client solicitations by organizing and producing proposals, which market KDA’s qualifications and experience to potential clients. The Marketing Coordinator will work with senior management staff to develop proposals and other marketing materials including presentations, resumes, and brochures. These efforts include research, customizing resumes and project descriptions, developing themes and strategies, reviewing and editing technical write-ups, writing cover letters and content, and coordinating the final production and delivery. The Marketing Coordinator is also responsible for tracking pursuits, preparing marketing reports, and representing the company to subcontractors, clients, and the public.
Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, organized, and entrepreneurial. Candidates must also be able to work in a fast-paced environment, have strong technical and creative writing skills, and excel at desktop publishing.
This position requires effective time-management, writing, planning, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Experience with coordinating and developing proposals as a prime consultant and experience with SF254, SF255, and SF330 is required.
The candidate must have experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Strong organizational skills and written and verbal communication skills are a must.
The ability to work and coordinate efforts from multi-discipline teams including sub-consultants.
Must be able to successfully navigate multiple, concurrent deadlines.
Ownership of the project management, content development, and document production for marketing collateral and pursuits, specifically: RFQ/P responses (proposals, qualifications packages, brochures, and interviews), as well as client presentation decks.
Collaborate with studio leaders and business developers to drive messaging strategy, define narrative approach, and write copy for marketing content designed to convince clients to purchase our services.
Gather, format, and maintain accurate, up-to-date marketing information including staff bios, project descriptions and statistics, research briefs, and other information for marketing purposes.
Assist with maintaining and contributing to website and social media channels, in coordination with marketing team, to ensure accuracy and relevancy for news, projects, leadership, and other items as needed.
Assist with development and updating a firmwide CRM database with employee, project, and pursuit information on an ongoing basis.
Solicit and coordinate information from allied professionals, sub-consultants and other team members for inclusion in proposal and presentation materials.
Coordinate public relations efforts, and assist with special events aimed at growing our client base
