Responsibilities include architectural project management, project programming, conceptual design, design development, contract documentation, bidding and construction administration.

Collaborate with team members through various stages of project development.
Production of design and construction drawings for various types of commercial buildings
Communicate professionally with project owners, architects, contractors, other design professional and building officials
Manage project teams and coordinate work with multiple disciplines to meet deadlines
Interact and work with clients and subcontractors.
Research and analyze designs for compliance with life safety, building, and energy codes.
Perform other duties as required.
Required Education and Experience
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Architectural Studies or similar accredited program.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience
Experience working with contractors
Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
General working knowledge of various construction materials and methods
Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
Experience with Word, Excel, Outlook and various PDF review programs
Ability to read and produce construction documents
Willingness to be active in developing a positive company culture and participate in community outreach.
