Project architects manage the conceptual and design phase and provide support through the remaining portion of the project. The individual in this position works collaboratively with clients, consultants and design team members to develop design concepts and construction drawing packages according to schedule and budget. The project architect will balance architectural duties with a leadership role among the architectural draftsmen in providing feedback and guidance to their work.
-Visualize buildings three-dimensionally and translate that concept onto paper.
-Create and design buildings that are visually appealing.
-Consult and communicate with clients then create design concepts based on clients’ needs and specifications using Revit.
-Coordinate with drafting team to produce drawing packages per the design schedule.
-Maintain an extensive knowledge of current building and accessibility codes.
-Manage multiple clients and design projects concurrently.
-Mentor and assist less-experienced draftsmen.
-Interpersonal Skills: listen to others, maintain confidentiality, focus on solving conflict and not passing blame.

Required Education and Experience:
-Bachelor of Architecture or Master of Architecture
-8 or more years of previous experience in the field of architecture and commercial construction 2. Read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
-Knowledge of common building construction techniques.
-Revit design experience
