The Charlotte office is looking for a strong Project Manager to join our Studio. Our next team member will collaborate with the Project Architect and be responsible for client management, financial performance on projects and developing and maintaining team communication.

Provides leadership on multiple projects as the Project Manager and in design and planning
Fosters team building
Manages team members, consultants, budgets, schedule and fees
Assists in developing fees and negotiating contracts
Works closely with client leadership to identify needs
Maintains current knowledge of trends in Education and how this impacts clients
Maintains contact with clients, consultants and contractors during all project phases, participating in marketing, client and owner presentations as required
This position requires a professional license.
15-20 years of experience in the Architectural field
Extensive experience as a Project Manager on varied projects, experience in Senior Living, K-12 and Higher Education projects and Retail Mixed Use projects a plus
Demonstrated leadership and experience with project teams
Strong design, graphic and presentation skills
Experience leading client meetings and sub-consultant coordination
Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
LEED credentials are a plus
