OSports | Osborn is looking for candidates with experience in working on high profile and unique architectural projects in the areas of Sports Architecture, Content Media/Broadcast facilities and Industrial.
As our practice grows, we are currently looking for a Senior Architect. This key role will engage all areas of our practice including; planning, programming, design and project management.
Planning and design of projects including Sports, Broadcast infrastructure and Industrial.
Interface with Director of Architecture and project teams
Lead and manage multi-discipline design teams
Peer Review of all construction documents, drawings and specifications, including all engineering disciplines
Research and coordination of materials and products for project specifications
Implementation of all local, state and federal applicable building codes, constructability and architectural standards of practice
Actively research new building materials and industry standards for implementation into future projects
Lead/Mentor Architectural Staff
Must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture
Must have +12 years of project architect experience within one or more of the following fields: Sports (stadiums, arenas, practice facilities, etc.); Broadcast (studios, transmitter facilties, infrastructure) and/or Industrial.
Must have Strong understanding and knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, building construction, building systems and site requirements
Must have Architectural License
Ability to provide efficient and elegant design solutions.
Excellent communication skills, able to have a solid working relationship with clients
Proficient in current version of Revit Architecture – preferred
Proficient in AutoCAD - preferred
LEED Accredited Professional - preferred
