Womack + Hampton Architects has a position available for a a registered architect, (or an individual with considerable construction experience), interested in providing architectural construction administration services for various types of multi-family projects being constructed in various construction types in low, medium and high-density style projects in various construction types. Position responsibilities include the following:
Assisting the review and responses to RFI's and ASI's, including drawings and specification revisions as required.
Review of Shop Drawings in various formats.
Job site visits to review construction progress
Conduct Construction Progress meetings, prepare and distribute Meeting Minutes.
Applicants must be legally qualified to work in the U.S.A and have an interest in the design and construction of multifamily/ mixed-use developments in various densities and construction types. Accredited professional architectural degrees are desired and experience in CADD and Procore are valued. Some travel involved.
