Architectural design at CTA:
CTA is seeking an experienced and collaborative Project Architect with 5-10 years of experience. You will join a diverse team in a warm, welcoming, creativity-driven environment that values sustainability and environmentally responsible practices in our design thinking.
As an Architect at CTA, you will have a unique opportunity to work on projects in Boise and throughout the United States in a range of markets, including healthcare, retail, and commercial. You will be involved in the whole process from site development all the way through construction administration. You will be the steward of our teams and our projects, developing quality and unified design. You will be called upon to support architectural design work in partnership with talented designers, engineers, and business professionals across our 14 offices.
Our creative process engages our high profile clients and our project teams in achieving highly integrated and successful design solutions.
What we expect you can bring to the table:
Comfortable collaborating in all aspects of architectural design, lead project development and project teams from project inception to completion, including directing the architectural team and integrating the engineering teams on projects of varying scale and budget.
Provide an out-of-this-world experience for our clients that cannot be replicated anywhere else.
Deep knowledge of contract documents, specifications, shop-drawings and submittal review, specifications, and cost estimations.
Relevant construction observation and construction administration experience
Excellent design skills and strong technical proficiency including experience in working in the following platforms: Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
Must have a valid Architectural License in Idaho.
