We’re searching for a BIM Manager to join our Chicago office. The BIM Manager will develop execution plans and models for all projects; provide clean, correct reference models as each project’s Revit modeling begins; assist teams in addressing complex geometries; and provide continuing education and development for staff. This is a new position at the Studio, and one challenge will be to develop a BIM management system that can respond to our design process. The BIM Manager will also ensure that BIM systems align with the Studio’s IT infrastructure and standards and maintain updated software systems.
A five-year bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in Architecture Excellent communication and leadership skills Excellent Rhino, AutoCAD, and Revit skills Experience with multiple BIM/CAD roles: training and support mentor, project team member, and strategic leader
