Accurately generate Schematic Design documents to deadline with minimal supervision
Develop site plans, and building elevations
Use 3D Rendering to create elevation views
Must demonstrate the basic understanding of multifamily code as it relates to the project
Perform accessibility review prior to Schematic Design completion of the job
Required Education & Experience
3-4 years experience in Architecture
Multi-family experience required
Degree in Architecture
Strong experience in SketchUp 3D Modeling and design software required
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Must have some Site Design experience and have developed design or technical solutions under supervision of an architect on individual projects.
Basic understanding of architectural Schematic Design drawing co-ordination
Knowledge of MS Office programs
