The ideal candidate for this opportunity will be an ambitious, creative, and engaged Sr. Program/Project Manager who is passionate about design and improving the performance of our clients through creative collaboration and breakthrough ideas. This candidate also has a strong ability for meaningful mentoring of team and staff.
A position you’ll love:
You’ll be working on multiple projects for a large corporate client at the same time.
You will have primary client relationship duties.
Your efforts will have a direct impact on the growth of the account.
Your focus will be on Project Management for an ongoing body of work.
You will be working with a team to produce and execute extraordinary work.
You’ll be responsible for client interaction, proposal writing, budget and schedule management, team coordination, consultant coordination and quality assurance & control.
Your work will include a variety of tasks including design, production and construction administration responsibilities.
Ideal candidates will have the following Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Architecture from an accredited university;
California architectural license required;
LEED accreditation a plus;
A minimum of 10 years of experience in architecture with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a project management role;
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with a strong understanding of project financials;
Great attention to detail and service to clients;
Strong organization, communication and presentation skills are a must; and
Proficiency and ability to draw in Revit strongly preferred; a working knowledge of Revit is required
