AC Martin has an opening for an Construction Administrator/Project Coordinator 2 through PFVS. The employment location will be the PFVS office in Atlanta, Georgia. The position has the opportunity for extensive exposure to a range of projects on the west coast, representing a diversity of project types. The successful applicant will be working directly with the AC Martin team on the west coast to deliver high profile and transformative projects.

Minimum 5 yrs. architectural experience in Type I thru Type III construction.
Minimum 2 yrs. experience in construction administration.
Ability to process RFI’s and submittals against construction documents under the purview of a Senior Construction Administrator or Project Architect.
Ability to review shop drawings against construction documents under the purview of a Senior Construction Administrator or Project Architect.
Large commercial experience including hospitality, high-rises, and mixed use.
Architectural license desired but not mandatory.
Strong communication skills, experience communicating with consultants, builders and trades.
Experience with alternative delivery desired.
Competency in Excel, Revit, Bluebeam, Word desired.
