15+ years as a Resident Engineer on large, complex ground up, public institutional construction programs and familiarity with large public agencies.
Strong skills in all disciplines of work with the ability to solve problems and provide solutions.
Must have the ability to manage components of a large project, strong change order resolution skills, strong written, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to interface with client and project stakeholders.
Experience working in a secure environment that functions on a 24/7 basis.
Solid skills in Microsoft office software and experience with construction related software is required.
The ability to lead an internal team, manage contractors, resolve change orders, and solve problems.
