The mission of the Project Development position is to find project opportunities that require our products and services proposition and put the company in the best position to contract the project with our full portfolio of exterior wall cladding systems. The candidate should be able to intelligently seek projects, develop and maintain a lasting network and properly consult all stakeholders including architects, consultants, developers, construction managers, general contractors and subcontractors of various trades to grow sales in their assigned territory. The candidate should act with integrity, honesty and a strong competitive spirit and have the willingness to apply efficient time management, high attention to technical details and apply relentless work ethic in a highly competitive environment.
Experience in architecture, design or installation of facade products or architectural sales in the field, or similar is preferred but not required. The candidate should possess strong qualities such as diplomacy, ability to understand technical products and building systems, careful time and process management, highly organized and fiercely competitive.
