Oversees, coordinates/ conducts the planning, construction, maintenance, operation, renovation, alteration and demolition of buildings, structures, equipment, and facilities. Gathers, compiles, reviews and analyzes data related to facilities. Develops creative solutions to design problems and technical challenges. Prepares and modifies architectural design documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details, utilizing AutoCAD and REVIT. Evaluates facility problems and anomalies. Prepares a variety of comprehensive, technical studies and reports and presents findings to management and/or customer. Develops design standards. Coordinates with engineering/architectural firms performing facility work, advises and recommends on facility issues. Evaluates project bids for cost, quality and schedule. Selects products and materials, including research in support of architectural specifications
Plans, schedules, coordinates and administers work performed under an overall work management system. Monitors and inspects construction to ensure adherence to quality standards and project schedules. Works closely with design team and assists to complete projects on aggressive schedules. Plans and coordinates the work of other architects, engineers and technical personnel, with completed assignments subject to minimum review of overall results. Consults with customers to determine functional and spatial requirements, and prepares information regarding the design, specifications, materials, equipment, estimated costs and time.

BS Degree in Architecture plus 10 to 15 years of related experience. Candidate must be a registered Architect.
