We are currently seeking a Project Manager in our downtown SAN DIEGO, CA office, responsible for directing, coordinating and administering projects through all phases of development including Design, Construction Documents, and Construction Administration.
Ideal candidates will meet the following requirements:
3+ years experience overseeing Design Development, production of Construction Documents, and Construction Administration for multi-family and/or mixed-use projects
Experience in establishing budgets and proposals, preparing schedules, and monitoring adherence to terms
Experience in construction phases of projects, responsible for final specifications and providing overall guidance on objectives and concepts to owners and general contractors,
Strong skills and talent in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp modeling, Adobe Photoshop, and preparation of presentation materials
3+ years Revit/BIM experience
Positive working relationships with clients, outside consultants, and technical staff
Excellent problem solver and independent thinker with good listening skills and strong follow-through
Strong verbal and graphic communication, organizational and collaborative skills
Self-motivated; ability to work independently and in a team environment to coordinate with other design professionals
Commitment to their own professional growth; preferably to obtaining licensure as an architect
Graduate of a NAAB accredited 4 or 5 year architecture school
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
