E4H - Environments for Health is looking for a Healthcare Architect/Designer with 5-8 years of experience. The diversity of projects and clients will keep you interested and growing. This role is based in our NYC office, but you will have access to people and resources across our network of E4H firms. We want to maintain our office vibe and collectively work to create healing spaces and give opportunities for exposure to many project types and career growth.
More about the job...you will be responsible for finished plans, specifications, or approval of materials and construction. May supervise a small staff of architects and technicians and apply sound sound and diverse knowledge of architecture principles and practices in broad array of assignments and related fields. Act independently regarding architectural methods and complexities. Requires use of advanced techniques and modification/extension of theories, precepts, and practices of healthcare design.
Must have healthcare or lab experience and degree in Architecture. Licensure preferred, but on the path to licensure with demonstrated recent activity may work. Revit and/or Auto Cad. Openness to working as part of a team and having an open mind/comfort with change.
