Contract - Long Term Outsourcing/Contracts 12 Months+
My name is Jason Brenner. My design firm is Collaborative Design & Planning. This is our eighth year in operation. We are located in Ukiah. I am looking for someone who is interested in working from home, on a project by project basis as an independent contractor. They must must have Revit Drafting experience and be at a Job Captain level. They can keep their own hours and can work from their own home. They would be paid an agreed amount on a project by project basis which usually works out to be between $35 per hour. We usually figure how many hours it would take to do the job and calculate the contract amount based on that agreed upon number. If they are able to finish the faster than the estimated hours , they can keep the profit!

Architecture at Job Captain or mid level experience or journeyman Construction experience
Telecommuting is allowed.
Additional Salary Information: We usually figure how many

About Collaborative Design and Planning
Owner and Principal
is a graduate of the Carnegie-Mellon University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He has over 30 years experience in architectural design and building crafts and specializes in environmentally responsive design, historical restoration, adaptive re-use and infill development. His approach is engaging, up lifting and proactive.
Before opening his own office, he served as the principal in a development, design, and build firm in Northern California where he assisted clients with site selection, funding acquisition, planning and entitlement, design, and construction administration and management. He has received formal training from Fair and Powerful Communications, Inc. as a facilitator and has conducted numerous presentations to a variety of groups on many of projects for his clients resulting in the resolution of conflict and consensus building throughout communities at large.
