Design Manager/Project Manager - Various levels - Interiors + Architecture

We are searching for a project manager with experience in interiors or core + shell and the ability to work across multiple project typologies. Be part of exciting design and bring a new perspective to what we do. We believe innovation happens when we bring together varied backgrounds, disciplines, and points of view.
Responsibilities to include:
Implement one or more projects through management of project teams
Experience with the entire project life cycle, through post-occupancy
Work with the team to monitor the project work plan, project schedule, fees, contracts, billings and collections
Negotiate fees and contracts
Manage scheduling, budgets, staffing, project set up with sub-consultants, vendors and contractors
Track financial performance of projects with proven fiscal accountability and responsibility
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing either interiors or core + shell projects
Degree in Architecture (or related field)
Professional License preferred
LEED Accreditation encouraged
Proficiency in Revit is preferred
Direct project experience working within U.S. industry/building standards and regulations
Knowledge of architectural principles/practices
Excellent communication and people management skills
