We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to act as owner representation and field coordinator of construction administration to ensure compliance with documents, contractual obligations, quality assurance and vendor integration.

We require:

• Degree or certification in Construction Management or related fields preferred.
• Professional Engineer or Registered Architect preferred or 5 years of experience in managing construction projects of similar size and scope.
• Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent
• NYS Driver’s license
• Hospital/Healthcare experience preferred and valid NYS driver’s license required.
