JOB SUMMERY

• Manage project team and deliverables;
• Manage client relations thru project delivery;
• Assist in developing the project budget;
• Collaborate with firm management to ensure appropriate staffing of project teams;
• Undestand the client’s business objectives and translate those objectives to the project team and ensure that the goals for the project, team and work-plan are met;
• Plan, schedule and manage the poduction drawing process and coordinate with consultants and other disciplines, including the preparation of project specifications;
• Manage drawing development including detailing , quality control and overseeing drawing support staf;
• Evaluate code compliance;
• Facilitate construction observation, answering of RFI’s and preparation of change  bulletins;
• Manag deliverable expectations, and ensure client and team understanding of milestone dates;
• Direct issue resolution and enhance project quality in reporting to internal and eternal audiences;
• Create construction documents independently and collaboratively with leadership;
• Work with City, County, State agencies for zoning and approvals;
• Manage several concurant projects in differing phases;
• Communicate with a variety of design team members to ensure documents are complete and accurate.;
• Manage and grow a library of design details for various types of projects;

• Achieve project success as measured by client and team satisfacation while achieving financial goals.
