Ideal candidate will possess strong experience in conceptual design, entitlements and design developments. Candidate should be versed in code issues, building technology, architectural and interior product issues. The work encompasses multi-family residential, as well as commercial and institutional projects.

Architectural Registration in Californait or NCARB
Minimum of 3+ years of professional working experience;
Superior familiarity with materials and products;
Excellent Communication skills - listening, speaking, and writing;
Excellent graphic design skills;
Comfortable working in a wide range of architectural vocabularies.
Must be an AutoCAD expert, Sketch-Up, and Photoshop
Specific tasks include conceptual design and problem solving. Graphic preparation and analysis using AutoCAD, Sketch-UP, and Photoshop. Preparation of PowerPoint presentations for public hearings. Coordination with design consultants (civil, landscape, mechanical, electrical, signage, lighting, ect. ) Data table preparation and calculations for design projects. Color and materials selection and presentation.
