Ramski & Company is seeking an experienced BIM Manager to support and work with designers and consultants to uphold drafting standards and ensure workflow is enhanced in the production of Design Documents. Candidates should have knowledge of construction means and methods, exceptional organizational skills and an analytical mindset. BIM Manager will act as a mentor to our staff on best practices for project documentation. BIM manager will be the main point of contact for project design teams to troubleshoot software issues. He or She will work with the leadership staff in assessing the best way to develop construction documents based on size and complexity of projects. BIM Manager will be responsible for the BIM training of the staff, will be expected to keep up with documentation industry upgrades and make recommendations regarding process improvement for project delivery.

Prepare, maintain and continuously update BIM templates for construction documents
Prepare design and construction document package
Support overall health and efficiency of BIM projects, police standards, ensure modeling is performed within Standard Guidelines and model sizes are kept to a minimum.
Provide REVIT training to staff as needed and establish training materials and methods
Follow, maintain and provide updates to REVIT templates, documentation processes, procedures and workflow
Maintain software seat licenses
8+ years of production experience utilizing Revit Architecture and Autocad for architectural design and drafting
Autodesk Revit Architecture Certified Professional or Advanced Revit User
Knowledge of Revit add-ons such as Dynamo, Keynote Manager, etc. preferred.
Knowledge of and experience with use of Sketch-Up, Enscape or other 3D software preferred
Bachelors’ degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering or other related field may be advantageous
