David Weekley Homes, an industry leader in design and customer service recognized by FORTUNE magazine as a Top Workplace 11 times, is seeking a highly qualified and enthusiastic individual for a Design City Coordinator opening in our Phoenix, Arizona office. Successful candidate will act as key Division and Project contact. Will ensure that all architectural plans are compliant with codes and requirements specified by permitting authorities and developers. They will be the Quality Control checkpoint for new plans, elevations, and plan changes.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field. 2+ years managerial experience required, 4+ years working knowledge of construction and plans. Proficient in AutoCAD required, Revit preferred. Residential design experience required. Excellent written and verbal communication. Strong Customer Service orientation.
