Incumbent is responsible for development of the annual capital projects renewal plan prioritizing major maintenance projects across the entire District as well as having primary responsibility for all growth planning including enrollment forecasting, rezoning analysis, overcrowding relief, land acquisition and the planning and design of all new schools and facilities across the entire District.

Education and Experience: Any combination of education and experience that could likely provide the required knowledge and skills is qualifying. A typical way to obtain the knowledge and skills would be:
1. Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Planning, Business administration, Public Administration or closely related field;
2. Five (5) years of professional experience with a professional architecture, Engineering, and/or planning firm dealing in professional design and planning, preferably in school planning and design.
