Pedcor Design Group is seeking a candidate for Project Architect position, who is a licensed architect with 10 or more years of work experience in the commercial sector and with preferred experience in one or more of the following areas: multi-family mid-rise and high-rise residential; offices; retail; mercantile; restaurant; mixed-use; public spaces; and/or hospitality. The candidate should have working experience in both commercial architectural and interior design.

Unique professional opportunities
BArch or MArch architectural degree from an accredited college
10 or more years’ experience in commercial architectural design and interior design
DESIRABLE PAST EXPERIENCE:
Corporate practice experience in mixed-use, retail, office, public spaces, residential or hospitality
Interior tenant improvement design in restaurants, office, retail and residential
Ability to lead and manage design team and engaged consultants
Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time and establish appropriate priorities
Construction administration experience reporting and consulting with field personnel
DESIRABLE TECHNICAL SKILLS:
ArchiCAD – 5 years or more of consecutive experience
AutoCAD – 5 years or more of consecutive experience
Revit – 5 years or more of consecutive experience
MicroSoft Office Suite – 5 years or more of consecutive experience
Adobe Creative Suite - 2 years or more of consecutive experience
