The Wilmington, North Carolina office of LS3P ASSOCIATES LTD. is seeking a talented Registered Architect, K12 Project Manager, that is passionate about design, detail-oriented, efficient, devoted to quality output, able to work independently as well as in a team environment, possess the organizational skills to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines, has excellent communication skills, a thorough knowledge of relevant codes, operations, processes and trends, a demonstrated ability to mentor and manage teams, and foster and nurture Client relationships, all necessary to be a successful candidate.
Qualified applicants possess an Accredited Professional Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture and a progressive work history of 10-15+ years experience, including at minimum 3-years of applied experience using AutoDesk Revit Architecture, in a professional design practice. Experience designing K12 education projects required. NC Registered Architect or ability to become NC Registered Architect within 6-months of hire is required. Design is necessary. Experience with graphics software such as Google SketchUp and 3D Studio Max is an advantage. LEED accreditation is preferred.
