The Project Manager (PM) will ideally be a licensed architect with no less than 5 years of architectural design experience including healthcare, government and commercial facilities. A working knowledge of AutoCAD and/or REVIT is required. Qualified candidates should be organized, possess technical expertise, and have strong communication skills. Candidates will adhere to industry standards in design and coordinate architecture/engineering designs documents.
LEED Accredited and/or Green Globes Professional and knowledge of sustainable design and registration process a plus. The position will require some travel, occasionally overnight, to conduct field investigation and attend project meetings.
Candidates must be able to pass a Federal Government background check for badging and access purposes to project sites.
