We are looking for a self-motivated, highly organized and experienced Architectural Project Manager to Organize, Manage, and lead in Commercial, Residential, and Hospitality projects to completion.
Roles and Responsibility: • Coordinate and manage project design, production, and documentation at all project phases (Pre-Design through Construction Administration
Produce and comprehend architectural redlines and efficiently produce documents and revisions.
Clearly organize drawing sets for Planning/ Development, Design Reviews, and Building Department Submittals
Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with project scope and budget.
Coordinate design consultants and oversee architectural team.
Effectively Manage Construction Administration
Organize, direct and manage a team effectively
Ability to manage multiple projects and communications with clients.

Skills and Experience • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture
7+ years' experience; local experience ideal
Strong organizational and communications skills
Ability to lead and manage a team • Experience with Local Jurisdictions Approval and Permitting processes. • Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit, Acrobat, and Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Highly motivated, positive and ability to problem solve.
