We arecurrently seeking a team lead/project manager with 3-5 years of relevant architectural experience overseeing projects. The successful candidate will oversee multiple projects simultaneously; consult with clients regarding layouts and design considerations; work with building officials from departments around the country; direct team members in the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific projects from start to finish with specified deliverables; collaborate with engineers and contractors to produce top quality design solutions; provide consistent monitoring and reporting on the progress of projects to lead architects.
Previous experience managing personnel is preferred; AutoCAD expertise is required. Must be able to communicate effectively, think critically, problem solve, organize efficiently and foster teamwork in a fast-paced office setting. The position may require travel throughout the U.S.
